For anyone not glued to the Tour, I am proposing to go to the Alt 11s at Brougham Hall and then on in the direction of Appleby for lunch (possibly Morland) with a view to visiting Morland Parish Church Festival of the Arts at Newby End Farm, viewing the exhibition of vintage clothing and enjoying the piano recital which starts at 3; tickets £10 for adults (no concessions). I think music by Chopin and Beethoven is included.
